My approach is to work collaboratively with clients to help them to make sense of their life situation, to heal and to find their inner resources to work towards change. I am committed to helping each client to reach their potential for growth and to become their authentic self.

Since becoming a counsellor, I have worked with hundreds of clients over the last 10 years over a varied range of issues. These include;
